After lunch at 2:00, we will have the dog parade (costumes optional). Come find your siblings, your Mama dog or Stud Muffin Dad. Come find your neighbors and repeat buyers from the past 20 years.  The co-owners will have red shirts on to find in the crowd.

I, the undersigned, in exchange for participation in the Goldiva Goldens Reunion [the “Reunion”], organized by Mary Dickinson Cashin of Goldiva Goldens, LLC, hereby assume all liability related to participation in the event.
I release and hold Mary Dickinson Cashin, Brian Cashin, and Goldiva Goldens, LLC (“Released Parties”) harmless. I represent, covenant and agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, and any other person claiming by, under or through me, as follows:

  1. I acknowledge that participating in the Reunion involves certain risks (some of which I may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, property damage or other harm could occur to me or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from my participation in the Reunion.
  2. I acknowledge that each participant is fully responsible for his or her own dog. All dogs must be leashed.
  3. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my entire family members and guests.
  4. I waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which may arise from my participation in the Reunion. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims.
  5. In consideration of my participation in the Reunion I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any cause of action, claims, or demands of any nature whatsoever, which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators and assigns may now have, or have in the future against the Released Parties on account of personal injury, property damage, or accident of any kind, arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the Reunion, (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses).
  6. I have carefully read and reviewed this Waiver, Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. I understand it fully and execute it voluntarily.
  7. I am over the age of eighteen, and have read the above release, and fully understand its contents. (Parent/Guardian Signature required if participant/student is under 18 years of age.)
  8. Compliance: I will comply with all Federal, State and/or locally mandated guidelines for COVID-19 Safety and/or other mandates which may be in place at the time of the event, including wearing of face coverings and social distancing.
  9. Hold Harmless: Participants agree to hold harmless and release the Cumberland Farmer’s Club and any officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or members from any and all losses, causes of action, liabilities, expenses and claims for damages (collectively “Claims”) that may now or in the future arise directly or indirectly from participation in connection with the Event and/or the condition of the property, facilities or equipment used for the Event, regardless of when, where or how such Claim may arise and regardless of whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, including, without limitation, Claims relating to (i) any theft, loss or disappearance of property, (ii) bodily injury (fatal or non-fatal) and (iii) property damage.
