Sake had a Cinderella finish for her American CHampion title October 11, 2024, earning a 5 pt Major for Winners Bitch at the Golden Retriever National show in Springfield, MA. After this epic win, she competed with 400 gorgeous finished American Champions, Am Grand CHampions, and Top 20 Goldens in the US to earn the treasured Best of Winners achievement!! Tears of joy is an understatement! Thank you Judge Pluis Davern & Judge Richard Anton for the honor of loving our Sake. Competing at the National was a wonderful mother/daughters shared experience, proud breeders with my daughters and I because I owned Sake’s Dam/mother, Jameson (sister to my Am Grand CH Mojito); my daughter, Lauren, owned Sake’s Sire/father, Can CH Etric; Katie raised the litter and selected Sake to be her show dog. Sake beat my best Am Grand CH’s at National too. Am GCHB Geti SDHF, Am GCH Blackjack and Am CH Jouët. A nice feather to Katie’s hat and her first American CHampion among several Can CH’s Katie has been titling with Bonnie Fisher. We couldn’t be more proud. We’re so thankful to AKC handlers The Carusi Team: Hailey Carusi, RC Carusi, Kasey O’brien and associates for making our dogs look so lovely in the ring.
