It is impossible to describe what Murphy and Maisie have added to our lives. Murphy (Halo & Gabe) became such an important part of our family we decided we needed to get him a friend in order to keep him at his healthiest and happiest. We brought Maisie (Striker & Rosie) home and after some initial days of confusion, Murph fell in love with his new friend and they were inseparable every day after that. They always seem to know who in our family needs a little extra love on any given day. All 75 lbs of Murphy would crawl into my daughter’s lap if she was having a bad day. He seemed to think he was a lap dog! Every day is a better day when you have Goldiva Goldens in your life. They are so loving, caring, happy and just spread joy every single day. One day we were on our boat in Buzzards Bay, Cape Cod and we were approaching the shoreline when Murphy sat up and dove off of the boat into the water and swam to shore. This was something he had never done before. Never. We jumped in and swam after him and discovered that he had seen another Golden on the beach and that Golden turned out to be his brother! Born from Halo and Gabe as well. And his name was Sully! It was incredible that he could sense from such a distance that the dog on the shore was his brother.
Mary and Lauren’s Goldens are uniquely beautiful and we could not imagine our lives without them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
