Skylar was my quickest American Champion handled by Rebecca Carner and Mark Desrosiers in just a few short months. Her Am Grand Champion title, an additional 25 points, was accomplished in a month by Rebecca Bradley! Skylar just has an amazing body and gorgeous hair, with the prettiest brown doe eyes. She is an absolute joy!
Skylar is my trick dog, my Cheerio girl from 4 months on and the youngest CGC student at 5 months at PoeticGold Training Center owned & instructed by Jill Simmons. Skylar loves Rally O, tricks for treats and just playing obedience/command games of Rally O. She has a wonderful focus and eyes on me when I’m walking the course. Whenever puppy buyers come to the house, I bring in Skylar to do a demo on obedience and hand signals. She is happy to perform and sets a good example of positive training with the clicker. We’re a happy team and Skylar demonstrates the simplicity of obedience at a young age. It’s the foundation for life.
Skylar was an easy Canadian Champion in one weekend handled by Phyllis Wright. Her first AKC point in December was handled by Rebecca Carner in West Springfield at the Champlain Valley Kennel Club. On 1/8/16 Skylar was Winner Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex for 2 points handled by Mark Desrosiers.
Skylar’s sisters are dark golden Am CH Goldiva’s Sweet Melissa (Can CH Goldiva’s “Vegas” x Can CH Goldiva’s “Eve”) who earned a 3rd place ribbon at Westminster, February 2015; and, platinum blonde sister Mona Lisa (GCH Nautilus Alejandro x Can CH Goldiva’s “Eve”). Mona Lisa will begin her shows in February with Rebecca Carner.
