My name is Phoenix and I am an amazing Goldiva golden who has found a great family to be apart of. When my mom goes to work she brings me along to work also. I love working at assisted living homes and visiting with people bringing them calm and lots of unconditional love. It is great that I am able to use all of my amazing training for therapy purposes. However, when I’m not working I am doing what true Goldens love to do, chase balls, ruff house with my half sister, dig huge holes in the yard trying to find my ball which Is right next to me, and cuddle!!! I haven’t dared to jump in the ocean yet, I might mess up my beautiful coat. My human kids keep trying to coax me in and I’m sure sooner or later they will win. I do love them so much and just want to make my family happy. All in all life is good here in Maine on Chebeague Island. I love riding the ferry with my family that is piloted by their daddy, Captain Kevin. He’s an accomplished photo and video editor. Kevin does the Maine news spots on Channel 8.
